We strictly uphold legal and ethical standards. You agree not to request, propose, or commission any content, project, or functionality that:

  • Promotes or enables hate speech, racism, sexism, or discrimination of any kind
  • Is offensive or disrespectful toward any religion, nation, culture, or identity
  • Contains pornographic, sexually explicit, or NSFW content
  • Encourages or facilitates violence, self-harm, or extremism
  • Is associated with illegal activities (fraud, phishing, counterfeit, drugs, etc.)
  • Uses deceptive, misleading, or manipulative practices

We reserve the full right to reject, suspend, or terminate any project at any time without refund if these conditions are violated or if we deem the project or client unethical, harmful, or misaligned with our brand standards.

2. Visual Content & Customization Policy

Human Imagery Restrictions

By default, we do not allow the use of:

  • Stock photos of humans
  • AI-generated or model-based human imagery
  • Fashion, lifestyle, or influencer content
  • Visuals centered around human identity, personality, or appearance

This ensures a clean, timeless, and focused design approach across all deliverables.

Controlled Exceptions ( Strictly Reviewed )

Rare exceptions may be considered if all of the following apply:

  • The image involves a verified founder or core team member
  • The human is not the visual focal point
  • The image serves a specific purpose (e.g. trust, credibility)
  • It is submitted early and explicitly approved in writing

Note: Submission does not guarantee approval. Final decisions rest solely with Noble Bit Systems.

Optional: Visual Editing Dashboard

  • Secure admin panel/dashboard access
  • Allows editing or replacing visuals post-launch
  • Preserves design integrity within our visual guidelines

This must be requested before final project delivery and will be quoted separately.

3. Client Input & Responsibility

Clients must clearly communicate all requirements upfront, including:

  • Reference websites or design inspiration
  • All text, images, and branding assets in correct formats
  • Required features, sections, or components
  • Visual or stylistic preferences early in the process

Delayed input or scope changes may impact timelines, pricing, or project viability.

4. Project Acceptance & Termination

  • Work violates any clause in these Terms
  • Project scope evolves into restricted or unethical territory
  • Client becomes abusive, unprofessional, or hostile
  • There is a strong conflict with our internal policies or values

We are not obligated to deliver, refund, or justify rejections in cases of ethical violation or policy breach.

5. Intellectual Property & Licensing

All original content (designs, code, visuals) remains our property until fully paid. Once payment is complete, you receive non-exclusive rights for business use. Resale or redistribution without explicit permission is prohibited.

6. Refund Policy

As per the terms outlined in the contract, refund requests are assessed individually and are not guaranteed. Each request will be evaluated with consideration to the specific circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • The nature and basis of the refund request
  • The current stage of the project
  • The extent of work already delivered, utilized, or formally approved

Noble Bit Systems retains the exclusive right to determine the eligibility, approval, and amount of any refund, at its sole and final discretion.

7. Revisions & Support

  • Packages include limited revision rounds (see proposal)
  • Late-stage or excessive changes may incur extra fees
  • Post-launch support is only available if included or contracted separately

8. Terms Updates

These Terms may be updated at any time. It is your responsibility to review the latest version. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
